IT IS TOO LATE TO MAIL YOUR BALLOT IN. PLEASE BRING TO A VOTER SERVICE CENTER OR A DROP BOX! IF YOU NEED HELP GETTING YOUR BALLOT IN, WE HAVE DRIVERS. CONTACT TOM PETERSON FOR HELP.
Elbert County Republicans has candidate signs (both 4'x8' and yard signs) available. If you're interested in a sign for a particular candidate, please contact Secretary Sheri Merz at [email protected].
Note to all Candidates:
While the Elbert County Republicans work to support all Republican candidates, it is the candidate's responsibility to reach out to us and get us their website, contact information, email, etc. We highly encourage and appreciate participation in our parade floats, booths, Lincoln Day Dinners, Central Committee Meetings and all other events.
It is the responsibility of each candidate to reach out to us to participate in our events and to get us your information for any of these events as well as to get us information on your upcoming local events. Please visit the Upcoming Events tab on our website for dates of our Central Committee Meetings, Lincoln Day Dinner and other events.
We are more than happy to have your signs, flyers, brochures, etc. at our booths. We are also more than happy to advertise any of your candidate events for Elbert County in our monthly newsletters. Please be sure to get us a flyer for your local event or all pertinent information. We also encourage you to engage with us on social media. Please contact Chairman Tom Peterson or Vice Chairman Carol Hinds to get involved with our events or get your candidate event in our newsblast.
While Central Committee members are free to campaign for any primary candidate, we ask that they not do so in a way that would lead the public to believe the Elbert County Republican Central Committee itself supports any primary candidate. Members of the Central Committee are asked not to campaign for primary candidates while wearing ECR marked clothing or working in our booths.
**Special note: Candidates must be registered with Tracer or the Federal Elections Commission for participation in our events and to be listed as a candidate on this page. All Republican candidates for each office will be listed on this page in alphabetical order.
***Candidates: For important dates and other pertinent information, please see the 2022 Elbert County Candidate Packet from Elbert County Elections Office.
