at Frontier School 589 South Banner Street Elizabeth, Colorado

The 2015 topic for both Middle and High School contests is:

“WHAT THE AMERICAN FLAG MEANS TO ME”

This non-political, nonpartisan contest is designed to encourage students to think and write about the privileges and responsibilities of American Citizenship.

PRIZES for both Middle and High School Students 1st $100.00
2nd $75.00
3rd $50.00

(Plus the $1000.00 Rathbun Scholarship for the High School 1st place winner)

Join the Elbert County Republican Women for an evening of patriotic essays written and read by Elbert County students.
