Our Lincoln Day Dinner is the primary annual celebration and fundraising event for the Elbert County Republicans. This is a night to gather and celebrate the strength of our Grand Old Party and our freedom! 

Join us for dinner, silent auction, and recognition of our Elbert County Republican Women’s Patriot Essay Contest winners. These youth are our future, and we are mighty proud of them.

Mingle and chat with friends old and new, and our local and state elected officials and candidates for office. Proceeds from this event help continue to build our party and elect Republicans to office. 

2024 LDD Pricing

Patriot Package: $2500 (For Candidates Only) 4 packages available -  Participation in Program and 2 minutes to speak. 8 seat table with Prime Seating, two bottles of wine, an ad in the program, an ad in continuous audio-visual loop, name mentioned during the program, participation in the program, one 4x8 banner inside the building, one year Chairman’s Club Membership for two adults, ability to decorate your table & chairs, one God Bless the USA Bible (for you to keep) - This Bible also features a copy of:

• Handwritten chorus to “God Bless The USA” by Lee Greenwood
• The US Constitution
• The Bill of Rights
• The Declaration of Independence
• The Pledge of Allegiance

Liberty Package: $1500 (For Candidates Only) 4 packages available - 8 seat table with Choice Seating, two bottles of wine, an ad in the program, one 4x8 banner inside the building, one year Chairman’s Club membership for 2 adults, ability to decorate your table and chairs. 

Freedom Package: $1000  Available for anyone - 8 seat table, name in the program, two bottles of wine, one year Chairman’s Club membership for two adults, ability to decorate your chairs.

Table: $500 - 8 seats, includes one bottle of wine.

Seats: $60 each

Students:  $25.00

Single Drink Tickets: $9

2 Drink Tickets: $17

Bottle of Wine: $30

Non Candidate Business Sponsorship: $100 - Ad in continuous audio-visual loop. Digital ad needs to be sent to Dan Guthrie @ [email protected]

  • Chairman’s Club Members drink free. Sign up here!
  • If you are not a member of the Chairman’s Club, you can purchase drink tickets and a bottle/s of wine for your table when you purchase your Lincoln Day Dinner tickets, or we will also have drink tickets for sale at the event.
  • You must have tickets to purchase drinks.  Note that No Payments will be taken at the bar.  Make sure to purchase/pick up drink tickets when checking in.  
  • For those purchasing drink tickets online, please note that IDs will be checked when picking up your drink tickets at the event.  Drink tickets will NOT be issued to anyone under 21.
• Refund Policy
  • We thank all our supporters for purchasing tickets. This is a donation. We do not issue refunds for tickets. If you cannot attend, please let us know and we can donate your ticket to someone who is less fortunate, or a student interested in attending.

Join our VIP Chairman's Club for an open bar, a chance to mingle with elected officials and candidates and enjoy great appetizers from 4:00 - 5:30pm prior to the Lincoln Day Dinner.  Join Chairman's Club HERE. 

Silent Auction:

We are always looking for silent auction donations.   Some suggestions are (but not limited to):  books; baskets with movie goodies, cheese, cracker & sausage basket, dog toy/treat basket; Republican-themed baseball hats or clothing, wine basket, bottle of scotch or whiskey, American flag, hunting knife, beer/hard lemonade basket, ammo, or gift cards from local businesses.  If you have any questions about donations, please contact Rick Pettitt.  Silent auction items can be dropped off during business hours at Abstract Title in Kiowa (just east of Hoo Motors).   For other drop-off times, please contact Rick.  Please be sure to include your name and the retail cost of the items.
