IMPORTANT ELECTION INFORMATION:

During the 2019 Colorado Legislative session, the Colorado Democrats passed the Omnibus Bill. This bill started automatic voter registration at the Department of Revenue, but there were negative consequences that affect voters with Post Office Boxes.

If you have a P.O. Box and you’ve renewed your driver’s license in the last 12 months, it will revert your voter mailing address to your mailing address on your driver’s license – NOT your Post Office Box - so you will NOT receive your ballot as it will be sent to your driver’s license address and then returned as undeliverable.

You need to check your voter registration online at Secretary of State website to change it back to the correct address so you will receive your ballot.

Please be sure and check your voter registration.  If you don't receive your ballot for any election, be sure to check your address at the Secretary of State's Office through the link above or go into the Election's Office and get a new ballot.
