If you are not a Chairman's Club member and you did not pre-purchase wine for dinner or drink tickets, we will have drink tickets for sale at a table immediately after you pick up your name badges.  The bar cannot accept cash.  Please be sure to buy your drink tickets right after you check in.

If you plan to sponsor our dinner, please do so by May 1 - you can purchase your sponsorship a little farther down on this page.  After you purchase your sponsorship (there are different levels available), please send a high definition logo or graphic to Dan Guthrie at [email protected] no later than Monday, May 1.

Lincoln Day Dinner this year is on Saturday, May 6, 2023 -program begins at 6:00pm.  

Join our VIP Chairman's Club for an open bar, a chance to mingle with elected officials and candidates and enjoy great appetizers from 4:30 - 5:30pm prior to the LDD.  Join Chairman's Club HERE.

Our Lincoln Day Dinner is the primary annual celebration and fundraising event for the Elbert County Republicans.  Join us in welcoming our Keynote Speaker, Steffan Tubbs - 710 KNUS "Denver in Decay".  This is a night to gather and celebrate the strength of our Grand Old Party and our freedom! 

Join us for dinner, great speakers, a chance to mingle and chat with friends old and new, our local and state elected officials and candidates for office.  Dinner is always a treat and our live and silent auction items can't be beat.

Proceeds from this event help continue to build our party and elect Republicans to office. 

** For those who are not members of Chairman's Club, you can purchase drink tickets and a bottle/s of wine for your table when you purchase your LDD tickets.  We will also have drink tickets for sale at the event.   You must have tickets to purchase drinks.  No cash taken at the bar.  Make sure to pick drink tickets up when checking in.  

**For those purchasing drink tickets online, please note that IDs will be checked when picking up your drink tickets at the event.  Drink tickets will NOT be issued to anyone under 21.

**We thank all of our supporters for donating for tickets.  Please note that we CANNOT issue refunds for tickets.  If you cannot attend, please let us know and we can donate your ticket to someone who is less fortunate or a student interested in attending.**

Silent Auction:

We are always looking for silent auction donations.   Some suggestions are (but not limited to):  books; baskets with movie goodies, cheese, cracker & sausage basket, dog toy/treat basket; Republican-themed baseball hats or clothing, wine basket, bottle of scotch or whiskey, American flag, hunting knife, beer/hard lemonade basket, ammo, or gift cards from local businesses.  If you have any questions about donations, please contact Rick Pettitt.  Silent auction items can be dropped off during business hours at Abstract Title in Kiowa (just east of Hoo Motors).   For other drop-off times, please contact Rick.   Please be sure to include your name and the retail cost of the items.
